How to sleep better and reduce back pain
Sleeping is really important, so how you sleep is crucial for your well being. A physiotherapist who used to have back pain from bad sleeping revealed how to improve your sleep position. First she recommends stretching before you go to bed. This can help with your blood and oxygen flow, plus your body can get siff from static position when you sleep. You should also try exercising during the day. Another tip is to try and find a mattress that will suit you, because a mattress that is too soft or too hard can be bad depending on your body. Also your pillow position is important, some people that sleep on their side put one pillow under their head and one between their legs and it helps them reduce their back pain. The last tip is to try and relax before going to bed. 30 minutes before you sleep you should do something that will relax your mind and body.
In my opinion sleeping is really important and I can see it, because my mood depends on how good and how much I have slept. The better I sleep the better I feel. I can focus more and I feel more happy. When I sleep less, I don't have motivation to do anything.

When I was looking for an article to write about, I found this article, which I think is really weird. I wasn't really planning on writing about it but I just couldn't stop myself from commenting on it. It's an article about a Britain's got talent judge, and it's only about her figure and her being braless on a video she filmed and posted somewhere on social media. I found it weird that people still write articles about women's appearance, and when I looked for something similar about men I couldn't find anything.

This is The Sun for you! I wouldn't quite rely on their health or science news as they have a tendency to sensationalise everything.
OdpowiedzUsuńO the other hand, doesn't Amanda Holden invite this kind of attention if all her photos on her own Instagram account are either in a swimsuit, or with a deep and revealing decoltee. Isn't this the image of herself she consciously creates?
