There are ways to help your skin without products and if you take care of your skin with products as well, it will have a better outcome. You should try changing your pillowcase for a silk one, it will help with wrinkles, because silk is more of a slippery material, so your skin will "slip" on the pillow. If you don't want to buy a new pillow case, you should just try to change it regularly, when you sleep a lot of dead skin cells land on your pillow which can cause a pimple. Remember to drink water and exercise, even though it doesn't help your skin directly it helps your body, and a healthy body equals better skin condition. You should definitely try to stop touching your face and picking on it. Doing these two things can cause more pimples, scarring or hyperpigmentation. The next way to help your skin is to try taking lukewarm showers instead of hot ones. Hot water melts sebum( oily substance in our skin that moisturizes it), which can strip our skin off too much moisture. The next tip is that you should avoid being around people who smoke, because it releases free radicals that damage the DNA in skin which causes breakdown of collagen- this means you will have more wrinkles, faster! So these are a few interesting ways you can help your skin without any skincare products.
